Minimize decision fatigue
The reality is we’re human beings and we can only make a certain amount of right decisions every day.
There’s a reason why so many successful people recommend to form habits. The power of habits, 7 habits of highly effective people, etc. Books, Podcast, Youtube and so on. They not only suggest you to do, they do it as well.
They don’t build those habits for the sake of building them because they know the huge benefits they’ll get.
One of the most important element is to avoid entering the decision fatigue status too soon.
Why Steve Jobs wore the same outfit: black mock turtlenecks? Mark Zuckerberg as well: grey t-shirt?
As Mark Zuckerberg said before, “I really want to clear my life to make it so that I ahi etc make as few decisions as possible about anything except how to best serve this community.”
By forming habits, you reduce the speed getting closer to the fatigue status. You maximize your productivity by saving decision quotas for situations that REALLY matter.
The rest of things are just not important. Others judgements, criticisms, and all that about you don’t worth your time.
